ABOUT
Managing a work life balance and all the stressors that come along with being a young adult can be exhausting.

My passion for working with young adults stems from previously working with college/graduate students at the Counseling Center at the University of Pennsylvania. I have expertise in working with young adults in their 20-30s, many of whom are working, pursuing degrees in higher education, or have recently graduated. My specialty areas include, but are not limited to: life transitions, stress management, dating concerns, navigating family and friendships, academic/career concerns, and grief and loss.

I am committed to fostering a warm, nurturing, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where I provide you with effective resources and strategies to help you feel more in control, empowered, and motivated to handle life demands. My therapy practice mission and values focus on building trust and providing expertise and reliability. I am readily accessible between appointments to provide coaching sessions to reinforce skills learned via secure HIPAA compliant texting, email, or video sessions. I strongly believe that an integral part of learning coping skills in therapy sessions, calls for practicing them in "real life situations" outside the traditional office setting.

I provide individual therapy services in my private practice and at Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates in Center City. If you feel my expertise and approach meets your needs, I look forward to connecting with you!
